I had a fantastic stay at Conifer Boutique Hotel, highlighted by the amazing staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is ideal, being close to the Opera House and many great restaurants. However, my room had a stale cigarette smell, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'd recommend it highly.

The hotel's location is really one of its best features; it's in a posh area close to the center of the city, with easy access to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of Vietnamese and Western dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh-cooked omelette. The atmosphere in the dining area was pleasant, making it a good start to each day.
Facilities

The hotel provided several amenities like room service and tours assistance. However, some laundry costs seemed exorbitant, so I recommend finding local vendors for that.

My stay at Conifer Boutique Hotel was good. The location was ideal, placing me near major attractions while still in a quiet area. The service was consistently excellent, especially from the staff who were always accommodating and eager to help. Although my room was cozy with lovely decor, it did come with a faint scent of smoke, which detracted a bit from the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Conifer Boutique Hotel, thanks to the attentive staff who went above and beyond for me. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Opera House and other attractions. However, the laundry costs were quite high, and the bedding could use some refreshing. Overall, I'd definitely return!
